Ticket Office Procedures - By Event

Duquesne Basketball: (Men’s and Women’s)

Regular box office hours are Monday-Friday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. or contact 412.396.4567.  On game days the box office and will call open 2 hours prior to game time.

For Men’s Basketball games the ticket office will remain open throughout the game; for Women’s games until the end of halftime.

Ticket Policies for Men's Basketball Games

Doors open 1 ½ hours prior to game time.

Game day tickets can be purchased at Gate A. You can also purchase individual game tickets for Men’s basketball by calling Ticketmaster at 412-323-1919 or visit www.ticketmaster.com.

To purchase Men’s basketball season tickets or Women’s basketball season or individual game tickets call 412-232-DUKE.

Student Entrance- Gate A:

All students will now enter the Palumbo Center at the designated door at Gate A on Forbes Avenue. Students must show ID for admission.

General Will Call/Staff Will Call/Coaches Lists- Gate B:

All general Will Call tickets, staff tickets and the Coaches list tickets can be picked up at a table inside the Gate B atrium.

Players Lists/Recruit Lists- Designated Door adjacent to Gate B:

All Duquesne and visitor player tickets are to be picked up at the designated "Player/Recruit Pick Up" blue door located adjacent to Gate B.

Concerts

The ticket office opens at noon for concerts and will remain open through intermission of the event. Doors open 1 hour prior the start of an event. Or you can purchase tickets by calling Ticketmaster at 412-323-1919 or visit www.ticketmaster.com

Ticket sales and Ticketmaster reservations are available at the Gate A main (corner) ticket office located on the corner of Forbes Avenue and Magee Street. A valid photo ID is required to pick up will call or reservations.

Lost Tickets

If you have lost your tickets or they have been stolen before your event takes place please return to your point of purchase for further assistance. If you have purchased tickets through please call Ticketmaster Customer Service at 412-323-1919.
